2. Products We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information but do not warrant that descriptions are complete or error-free.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. A shipping fee of up to $150 will be added at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We accept payment via all major credit cards and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments.
4. Shipping Delivery times vary by location. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns & Refunds All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must inspect their e-bike within 7 days of delivery and report any issues with supporting photo or video documentation.
6. Warranty e-Spoke.net will advocate on your behalf with the supplier for manufacturer warranty claims. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
7. Limitation of Liability e-Spoke.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
9. Safety Notice & Assumption of Risk E-bikes are powerful vehicles that require responsible use. By purchasing from e-Spoke.net, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Helmet & Safety Equipment We strongly recommend that all riders wear a properly fitted helmet and appropriate safety equipment (including gloves, reflective gear, and protective clothing) at all times while operating an e-bike.
Laws & Regulations E-bike laws vary by state and municipality. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding e-bike and bicycle use in their jurisdiction, including speed limits, age restrictions, and permitted riding areas.
Age Requirements E-bikes may be subject to minimum age requirements in your state or locality. By purchasing, you confirm that the intended rider meets all applicable age requirements.
Safety Training We strongly recommend that all riders — especially first-time e-bike owners — complete a certified safety course before operating their e-bike.
Load & Passenger Requirements Always adhere to the maximum load capacity and passenger restrictions specified for your e-bike model. Exceeding these limits is dangerous and voids any warranty.
Battery Safety Lithium-ion batteries can pose a fire or explosion risk if improperly charged or stored. Always follow the manufacturer's battery charging and storage guidelines, never leave batteries charging unattended, and keep batteries away from flammable materials.
Manufacturer Responsibility All e-bikes sold on e-Spoke.net are manufactured and serviced by third-party suppliers. Product safety, mechanical integrity, and compliance certifications are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer. e-Spoke.net will advocate on your behalf for any warranty or defect claims.
