Shipping Rates A shipping fee of up to $150 will be added at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product and delivery location. Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method used. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow additional time for customs clearance on international orders.

Order Inspection — 7-Day Policy Upon delivery, customers must inspect their e-bike within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Any claims for missing parts, shipping damage, or assembly issues must be submitted to e-Spoke.net within 7 days, accompanied by photos or video of the damage and original packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting documentation cannot be accepted.
