Return & Refund Policy

Inspection Window Upon delivery, customers must inspect their e-bike within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Any claims for missing parts, shipping damage, or assembly issues must be submitted to e-Spoke.net within 7 days, accompanied by photos or video of the damage and original packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting documentation cannot be accepted.

Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided the item is:

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Unused and unassembled beyond initial inspection
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
